Wellington Wednesday is back! Warm, hearty, and steeped in tradition, Chef Martina Soos’ take on the British classic pairs tender AAA Wellington County beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and flaky puff pastry. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus, it’s the perfect dish for cold-weather cravings.
