Wellington Wednesday is back! Warm, hearty, and steeped in tradition, Chef Andrew Nowry’s take on the British classic pairs tender AAA Wellington County beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and flaky puff pastry. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus, it’s the perfect dish for cold-weather cravings.
Available every Wednesday from 11:30am until we run out.
$60 per order; quantities are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
