Warm, hearty, and steeped in tradition, Beef Wellington returns for a limited time this winter! Chef Andrew Nowry’s take on the British classic pairs tender AAA Wellington County beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and flaky puff pastry. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus, it’s the perfect dish for cold-weather cravings.
Available Monday to Friday from 11:30am, and Saturdays from 4pm—until we run out.
