Warm, hearty, and steeped in tradition, Beef Wellington returns to our lunch menu every Wednesday! Chef Andrew Nowry’s take on the British classic pairs tender AAA Wellington County beef tenderloin with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto, and flaky puff pastry. Served with creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a red wine jus, it’s the perfect dish for cold-weather cravings.
Available every Wednesday starting at 11:30am — until we run out! $60 per order; quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
